SamanSatta is most convenient hyper local delivery company which enables you to order grocery, bakery & home essentials that you need every day, directly via your mobile or web browser.

You can choose from over 1000+ products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, Home & Kitchen essentials, beverages, personal care products, baby care products, pet products and much more.

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.

The minimum order value is INR500. However, each store has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery as benchmark it should be INR1000. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order. But in this pandemic, if your order reaches over INR1500, there will be a COVID-19 Kit (Sanitizer, Mask, Gloves) for you.

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder with the required list from the app and this will be soon released on web as well.

Delivery Related Queries

Every store has its own delivery charges, which are waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the store. The minimum Order for Delivery free item will be INR500. The minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the app and web at the checkout page.

In some locations, our deliveries begin from 6:30 AM and the last delivery is completed by 11:30 PM.

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different locality.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

Placing an Order

Our fruits and vegetables vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Most of the time, Our Supervisor Panel will see the vegetables and fruits delivery. So, there should not be any chances of that. But if you are not satisfied, do let us know within 12 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of the product received.

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 48 hours.

Yes, it is. All transactions on SamanSatta are completed via secure payment gateways (Citrus, PayU) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Depending on store timings and store capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day.
